Description
The City of Twin Falls is soliciting bids for the Airport Terminal Access Improvements project. This project involves the removal and replacement of existing pavement, curb, gutter, and sidewalk. It also includes site grading, installation of a heated sidewalk glycol system, and replacement of water main and sanitary sewer main. Bidding documents will be available digitally via email from J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. starting June 9, 2026. Bidders must be on the Planholders list to receive addenda and have their bids considered responsive. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least 5% of the total bid. This project is funded by federal grants and is subject to various federal clauses, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Buy American Preference, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. Wage provisions of the Federal Davis-Bacon Act also apply. Bidders must provide evidence of competency. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and the award is contingent upon receipt of federal funding.
