Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a small-business contractor to install approximately 3,500 square feet of high-durability, slip-resistant epoxy flooring at Building 2582. The work includes concrete preparation to CSP-3, crack and joint repairs, HEPA dust control, application of Government-furnished primer and epoxy base coat, broadcasting contractor-furnished slip-resistant aggregate, and application of a final locking seal coat. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, tools, safety gear, insurance, and contractor-furnished materials, including aggregate and compatible crack filler/topcoat materials. The work must be completed within 60 days after award and performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, applicable UFGS requirements, prevailing wage requirements, installation security procedures, and safety regulations. A technical work plan of no more than 10 typed pages, pricing information, and two references for similar work performed within the last two years are required. Payment and performance bonds for the full contract price are required, and an OSHA-certified competent person must be onsite during working activities.
