Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for Airbus Helicopter AS350B2 police helicopters. The scope includes inspections performed in accordance with the current AS350B2 maintenance manual, including 50-hour lubrication, 8-hour flight-time inspections, 100-hour/airframe progressive inspections, 300-hour inspections, and 1,200-hour inspections. The flat-rate schedule must include all labor hours required for the applicable inspection or service, and aircraft washing is required before return to service. The bid includes multiple line items and requires sellers to provide customer references, an emergency contact number operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and responses to required seller questions and forms.
