Description
The Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center intends to award a six-month bridge contract for RC/WC-135 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development. The requirement includes academic, training-device, selective flight, and continuation instruction; courseware analysis, development, review, and revision; instructional systems development; training workload and schedule management; student scheduling and administration; quality assurance; information technology and content-management systems; and associated reports, lesson packages, and other deliverables. The contractor must furnish required personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other resources. Performance is planned from November 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The PWS identifies extensive instructor and personnel qualification requirements, including aircraft-specific experience, security clearances up to Top Secret with SCI access for certain positions, and specialized flight, simulator, academic, and courseware-development capabilities. The notice states that the bridge action is intended to continue services while a follow-on acquisition is developed and identifies MilSup LLC as the incumbent contractor.
