Description
Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to award multiple five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts for office furniture system parts and components used in the manufacture of office furniture. The requirement includes modular and standard panel systems, movable or demountable walls, acoustic and privacy panels, benching and low-panel systems, specialty-finish panels, work surfaces, storage components, electrical and cable-management components, accessories, and related office enhancements. Delivery is generally required within 14 calendar days after receipt of each delivery order, with seven-day delivery for specified “go back” items. Offerors must provide completed pricing and bills of materials, technical descriptions, three-dimensional renderings, descriptive literature, specifications, assembly instructions, warranty information, packaging and shipping information, vertical integration and consignment plans, training information, and applicable certifications and test reports. Proposed products must satisfy applicable ANSI/BIFMA requirements, and offerors must submit ISO, GREENGUARD, and BIFMA certifications or equivalent documentation as required. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $10,000 and a maximum not-to-exceed value of $150,000,000 over its five-year period.
