Description
The Navy is conducting a sources-sought market survey for professional, non-personal Roman Catholic priest services supporting the Command Religious Program at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The anticipated requirement includes Sunday Masses, Holy Days of Obligation, confessions, baptisms, confirmations, weddings, funerals, memorials, emergency ministrations, pastoral counseling, spiritual support, graveside prayers, religious education, liturgical ministry oversight, sacramental preparation, training and certification of ministry personnel, religious-program meetings, administrative reporting, and maintenance of ministry data and supplies. The priest must be ordained and in good standing, possess a Master of Divinity degree or equivalent, obtain faculties from the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, and provide an ecclesiastical endorsement and proof of U.S. citizenship. The PWS also requires availability within 24 hours for certain services, office hours, computer proficiency, and approved coverage during absences. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Respondents must submit a capability statement of no more than three pages, including corporate information, size and socioeconomic status, points of contact, registration identifiers, affiliate or teaming information, facility-clearance information, and one to three current and relevant experience citations. This is a market survey and not a solicitation or award opportunity.
