Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Pathways to Permanent Housing. The RFP seeks agencies, organizations, and innovative partnerships to provide services aimed at transitioning individuals and families to permanent housing. Existing agencies must reapply to be considered. The RFP materials are available on the Bonfire portal.
