Description
The City of Alexandria is requesting proposals from organizations to provide HOME-ARP supportive services benefiting residents who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, or otherwise at greatest risk of housing instability. Available funding is $800,000, and services must be provided at no cost to citizens during the grant period. Eligible services include licensed mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, case management, housing search and counseling, and transportation when paired with another eligible supportive service. Applicants must describe their proposed project, qualifying populations served, service delivery approach, organizational experience and capacity, staffing, financial controls, performance measures, budget, and implementation schedule. The application also requires organizational, financial, governance, registration, certification, and authorization documentation.
