Description
The Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting bids for the annual purchase of band instruments and equipment. The full specifications and bid forms must be obtained from the Purchasing Department or the designated electronic bidding site. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the total bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank money order, or bid bond issued by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. Bids may be submitted electronically or in a sealed envelope, and awards will be made at a later School Board meeting rather than at the bid opening.
