Description
The England Economic & Industrial Development District is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Red River Biochar Site Improvements. Bidding documents may be obtained from the designated engineer or through the electronic bidding platform. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the bidder’s maximum bid price, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bids may be submitted by mail or electronically through the designated platform; telephone and facsimile bids are invalid.
