Description
This sources-sought notice seeks information from qualified contractors capable of upgrading Generator 40 at the Alexandria Veterans Healthcare System. The work includes removing existing controls and installing new POWER COMMAND 3.3 controls and control modules on a 1000 DQFAD generator, providing a universal remote annunciator monitoring panel, and furnishing all required labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and trained personnel. The contractor must perform startup and commissioning, generator test runs, load-bank testing, and testing with the building load. Responses should include clear capability documentation, relevant general and technical experience, and estimated market-research pricing. The response is limited to 8.5-by-11-inch pages, 12-point font, one-inch margins, and Microsoft Word or PDF format. This is market research only and is not a request for a quote, proposal, or bid.
