Description
The Seminole Tribe of Florida is soliciting bids for fence installation at 6310 N 36th Street, Hollywood, Florida. The work includes supplying and installing brown six-foot-tall wood board-on-board fencing; removing the existing chain-link fence; installing fence-line, gate, corner, and terminal posts in concrete; installing two 6-foot-by-5-foot gate returns and two 6-foot-by-6-foot gate returns; providing associated gate hardware; scheduling utility locates; and cleaning the jobsite. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, and related documentation necessary to complete the work. Bidders must hold an applicable Florida or county contractor license, have at least two years of similar experience, maintain required insurance, and disclose any proposed subcontractors, which require advance tribal approval. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for eligibility. The submission must include the completed required exhibits, including the Schedule of Values, Proposed Subcontractor List, Drug-Free Workplace Form, Project Schedule, and, if applicable, Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda.
