Description
The City of Detroit's Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the General Services Department (GSD), is requesting proposals for technical and professional services. These services will provide oversight and documentation for response actions aimed at mitigating unacceptable exposure risks from impacted shallow soil and fill material. The goal is to meet due care obligations for proposed improvements and expansions at Martin Luther King Park and renovations at Williams Park, both located in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.
