Description
Madison District Public Schools, located in Madison Heights, Michigan, is soliciting proposals for contractor services for the replacement of three heating rooftop HVAC units at Wilkinson Middle School. This project is part of the District's 2024 Sinking Fund Program, which aims to improve facilities and infrastructure. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment, controls, and handling for mechanical, electrical, roofing, and flashing for complete rooftop HVAC unit replacements. Some work may require contractors to work within or adjacent to occupied spaces, necessitating temporary barricades and proper protection of surrounding areas. Contractors are expected to furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, travel, insurance, and waste removal.
