Description
This solicitation is for tank and bilge cleaning services for the CGC Bristol Bay, located at U.S. Coast Guard Station Detroit, MI. The services include high-pressure cleaning of tanks and bilges to remove oil, grease, and other contaminants, as well as vacuuming and disposal of up to 1900 gallons of oily water, fuel, and other contaminated liquids per vessel. The initial cleaning is scheduled for July 10, 2026, with all services required to be completed by July 15, 2026. The cleaning must be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and adhere to environmental standards. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Order (Net 30) upon completion and acceptance of work. Several Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses are incorporated by reference, including those related to representations and certifications, prohibitions on certain telecommunications and video surveillance services/equipment, and subcontracting for commercial products and services.
