Description
The Bay-Arenac Intermediate School District (ISD), on behalf of the Great Lakes Bay Region STEM Career Exposure Initiative, is soliciting proposals for the design, development, implementation, and transition of a public-facing regional resource hub, digital repository, and communications toolkit. This initiative aims to expand STEM career awareness and exposure opportunities for students and families in the Great Lakes Bay Region. The selected contractor will be responsible for creating a user-friendly website and digital repository to house STEM career awareness resources, videos, virtual tours, educator materials, family resources, and industry-connected learning opportunities. Key deliverables include a content management system, a STEM Career Video Library, an Educator Resource Center, a Family Resource Center, a Mobile Museum and STEM Learning Resources section, a Regional Industry and Partner Showcase, and a comprehensive Communications Toolkit. The project also requires the development of a website architecture and content strategy, a visual identity and branding package, a launch and communication plan, and integration of website analytics. The contractor must ensure all deliverables are ADA and Section 508 compliant and provide training and documentation for independent website maintenance by Bay-Arenac ISD staff. The total proposed budget for this project should not exceed $60,000, with a project completion deadline of September 25, 2026.
