Description
The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management & Budget Printing Services, is requesting bids for the production of 10,000 custom "Notice of Violation" decals. Each decal will measure 3"x2.5" and will feature a PMS 186 Red background with black ink. The labels are to be printed on gummed label stock with a matte finish to prevent smearing. The vendor must provide a PDF proof for approval prior to production. The labels will be finished with a 903" core and a 2.5" width, with rounded corners, waste removed, and perforated between labels. They are intended for indoor use and will be packed 100 labels per roll. Vendors must be pre-qualified with Print & Mail Management (PMM) and registered with the State of Michigan, accepting EFT payments. Bids must be submitted online and include all costs, F.O.B. Destination, prepaid.
