Description
Romeo Community Schools is soliciting bids for Project 21-30-26, the Hevel Site Lighting project. This project involves the installation of area lighting, specifically pole or standard-mounted lighting suitable for parking lots. Bids are to be submitted online through Building Connected by 1:00 PM EST on June 23, 2026. The project requirements are detailed in the Project Manual, bidding documents, and Construction Documents dated June 2, 2026, prepared by Barton Malow Builders on behalf of the Owner, and Specifications, Drawings, and Construction documents prepared by AEW dated May 14, 2026. Accepted bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond. Certificates of Insurance must be submitted through TradeTapp. All bids must include applicable state sales and/or use taxes. A pre-bid site visit and walkthrough is scheduled for June 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the job site. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Emilio Gutierrez at Barton Malow Builders.
