Description
The City of Findlay is soliciting asphalt concrete under its quality assurance requirements and minimum specifications. The contractor must provide a current ODOT-approved Job Mix Formula, or develop a compliant formula subject to review and approval by an independent testing laboratory whose reviewer is ODOT Level II Bituminous Concrete approved. Work must conform to applicable Ohio Department of Transportation construction and material specifications, as modified by the City. During production and placement, the contractor must provide a plant ticket with each load showing mix composition and load weight, submit daily testing results by the following workday, and obtain and label pan samples during paving. At least one sample per street and at least three samples per paving day are required. The contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027; delivery schedules and locations are determined by the City.
