Description
The City of Tampa is seeking quotes for asphalt materials to maintain inventory for use by various departments. The price proposal lists 350 bags of National Paving Perma Patch, 60-pound bags, and 200 bags of Blacktop Patch, 60-pound bags. This is a one-year quote award with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. Materials must be delivered FOB destination within five days after receipt of order, during normal weekday delivery hours. Alternate products may be considered if the bidder provides precise specifications and identifies all differences from the specified products. The solicitation also requires electronic submission through the buyer's procurement portal and includes a vendor questionnaire covering authorized representative information, Florida business licensing, and public-records declarations.
