Description
The City of Greenville is soliciting bids for an estimated 5,000 tons of hot mix asphalt for use by its Street Department during the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. This is a requirements contract, with orders issued as needed and deliveries required within four hours after an order is placed. Deliveries must be made FOB destination to specified storage facilities or jobsites within Greenville, Texas. The contract may be extended for one additional 12-month period if pricing, delivery, and other terms remain unchanged. The bid requires completion of the pricing proposal and vendor questionnaire, including a company W-9, equal-opportunity confirmation, and certificate of insurance.
