Description
The City of Lima is soliciting sealed bids for 7,500 tons of asphalt concrete, with bidders offering Asphalt Concrete 412, 301, or 404, and 20,000 gallons of liquid bituminous material for 2027. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “ASPHALT CONCRETE FOR 2027.” Electronic submissions are not accepted. The bid specifications are available through the City's Purchasing Department.
