Description
The Town of Red Hook Highway Department is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of hot mix asphalt for the January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, calendar year. Bid specifications may be examined at the Town Clerk’s office or obtained electronically, by mail, or by providing a prepaid UPS or FedEx account number. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID Highway Department-2027 Hot Mix Asphalt” and received by 2:00 p.m. on October 1, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately afterward.
