THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT HARTFORD COUNTY, CONNECTICUT INVITATION TO BID COLD PATCH ASPHALT MIX FOR THE MDC STOCKYARD SOLICITATION NUMBER 2026B-27 Issued: September 2, 2026 DUE DATES Questions Deadline: September 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM (local time) Proposal Due: October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM (local time) The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified companies to submit bids on Contract Number 2026B-27 to supply the MDC Stockyard with Cold Patch Asphalt Mix. The mix shall be furnished for permanent or temporary repair of potholes, utility cuts, pavement failures, edge repairs, and other asphalt maintenance applications on roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, and other paved surfaces. The selected contractor will be expected to enter into a contract for all costs associated with the supply and delivery of Cold Patch Asphalt Mix to the MDC’s stockyard located at 125 Maxim Road, Hartford, CT 06114. The ITB may be obtained from the MDC ProcureWare site at https://mdc.procureware.com/home.
