The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda and its affiliated entities are requesting proposals from C15-licensed flooring contractors to provide and install finished flooring in AHA residential units. The scope includes carpet, carpet pad, baseboard, and resilient sheet flooring. Floor covering is generally replaced when a unit is vacated or on a cyclical basis every five years, indicating an ongoing, as-needed unit-turnover and replacement requirement.
