Description
The Simcoe County Housing Corporation is requesting quotations for a common-area flooring upgrade at 559 King Street in Midland. The work includes removing and disposing of all carpet and carpet base trim, then supplying and installing porcelain tile on the first floor and vinyl plank tile on the second floor.
