Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking one FARASTAR/FARAPULSE pulsed field ablation generator system, part number M004PF61M402 or equal, for cardiac atrial-fibrillation procedures. The requested system must meet the stated salient characteristics for non-thermal irreversible electroporation, including tissue-selective pulsed field ablation, non-contact lesion formation, biphasic microsecond-scale pulses, rapid single-shot delivery, and compatibility with specialized catheters and related components. Disposable catheter kits may also be purchased through CPRC #370290, and an extended warranty plan is listed. The contractor must provide delivery and training for cardiology and biomedical engineering personnel. Offerors must submit technical specifications, cut sheets, or brochures for the proposed product; identify the brand, make, and model; provide an authorized distributor letter; complete the applicable pricing schedule; and complete the required Trade Agreements Certificate. The procurement is unrestricted, requires new OEM products or products supplied by an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and will be awarded on an all-or-nothing, firm-fixed-price basis based on technical capability and price.
