Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is seeking information from interested and capable sources for the provision of physical therapy equipment. This is a sources sought notice for brand name or equal to the SCIFIT Pro and other items. The required items include: - SciFit Pro (quantity 3): Total Body Exerciser with adjustable cranks, bariatric seat, ability to use hands and feet, 110V, dimensions 61"x62"x30". - Cable Machine (quantity 1): With 10 lb increments and various exercise modalities. - Vectra Neo (quantity 4): Electrotherapy unit for physical therapy, capable of being on a cart, 110V or battery operated, with multiple treatment options including electrotherapy, ultrasound, sEMG, and laser treatment on one machine with a color LCD touchscreen. - Mat Platform (quantity 1): 110V, bariatric (900 lbs capacity), electric. - Treatment Table (quantity 1): Black, 2-section, with an elevating center section. - Parallel Bars (quantity 1): Wall-mounted, 7' in length. - ThermX unit (quantity 1): Provides cryotherapy/thermal modality without ice, includes compression, comes with fitted sleeves/garments for various anatomical areas, has pre-set and customizable programs, 110v, and includes a game-ready cart. Vendors responding to this notice must provide their company name, size status for NAICS code 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing), a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), address, point of contact, and examples of similar facilities to which similar items have been provided. Information on SDVOSB, VOSB, Hubzone, 8(a), and women-owned concern certifications is also required. Responses must be submitted via email to daymeion.brantley@va.gov. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
