This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is for the construction of the Southwest Virginia Regional Readiness Center (SWVA RRC) Modernization and Back Up Generators project. The project involves constructing a new backup generator system to serve both the SWVA RRC and the adjacent National Guard Recruiting Center.
