The City of Asheville is soliciting proposals for services related to the preparation of HUD Part 58 Environmental Reviews. This is a federally funded opportunity. An optional virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:30 PM on June 24, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by 3:00 PM on June 26, 2026.
