Description
The Town of Lee, Massachusetts is soliciting qualifications for an On-Call Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to oversee various upcoming town construction projects. The selected OPM must be licensed and registered as an architect or Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, with a minimum of five years of experience as an OPM and demonstrated experience in the construction and supervision of public buildings within Massachusetts. RFQ documents are available starting June 17, 2026, at the Lee Town Hall. Three copies of the application must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Application for On Call OPM Services for Town Projects" by 2:00 PM on July 6, 2026. All submitted applications will be evaluated against minimum qualifications, and a shortlist of finalists will be developed, potentially followed by interviews. The contract award will follow the Designer Selection Statute, with OPM fees negotiated on a per-project basis. Applicants must also submit a Certificate of Non-Collusion and a Certificate of Tax Compliance.
