Description
Johnson County is soliciting sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2026-037 to remodel and reconfigure two existing restrooms for ADA compliance and complete miscellaneous site and building improvements at its Adult Residential Center campus. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the work. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required, issued by a surety company licensed to do business in Kansas and payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. General or prime contractor representation at the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required for bid eligibility. Bids must be submitted electronically through IonWave, and received bids will be publicly read via Zoom.
