Description
This Request for Information seeks capable vendors to supply and deliver mid-grade gasoline (MUM) and 10-PPM-sulfur diesel (SFD) to the Department of State in Erbil, Iraq. The anticipated requirement covers 500,000 U.S. gallons of diesel and 24,000 U.S. gallons of gasoline during the base year, with the same estimated quantities during a one-year option year. The fuel must comply with Defense Logistics Agency specifications and standards. Respondents must provide a capability statement addressing fuel sourcing, whether supplies are locally sourced or imported, the ability to obtain fuel through the Oil Production & Distribution Center, familiarity with the LMC/OPDC/PMNOC process, transportation and delivery capabilities, supporting storage capacity, and potential logistical, regulatory, or security challenges. Iranian- and Russian-origin fuel and Russian sources are prohibited. Respondents must also identify their Joint Contingency Contracting System ID and CAGE code and confirm relevant registration and approval status.
