Gasoline/Diesel Fuel Supply for School Buses

Description
Springfield School District #186 is inviting bids for the supply and delivery of diesel fuel and unleaded gasoline for its school bus fleet. The contract covers approximately 320,000 gallons of #2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel per year and 20,000 gallons of 87 Octane Unleaded with Ethanol per year. Deliveries are to be made to the school bus facility at 555 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL. The diesel fuel is stored in a 15,000-gallon below-ground tank, and the unleaded gasoline in a 2,500-gallon above-ground tank. The contract period is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Pricing is based on market price (OPIS St. Louis low) plus dealer margin, taxes, and other fees. The successful bidder must be able to deliver within 48 hours of notification and provide invoices within 72 hours of delivery.
