Description
Northwestern Michigan College is soliciting proposals for the design, procurement, and installation of interior furnishings for renovated foundation offices. The project includes an open office area accommodating up to ten workstations and additional seating, one private office, and one conference room. Furniture delivery and installation are expected to begin after substantial completion of construction. Proposals must include a firm profile and project team, project approach and schedule, three to six comparable office furnishing and installation projects, a furniture package overview with estimated quantities by furniture type, preliminary low-, mid-, and high-range furniture cost scenarios, warranty periods and costs, and design, specification, procurement, and installation fees. The solicitation is for a stipulated-sum contract, and bidders are evaluated on compliance, experience, cost, quality, and timeliness.
