Description
Fennville Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for 2027–2028 middle school renovations. The listed scopes include nonresidential building construction, carpentry, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, computerized energy control systems for HVAC, lighting, and utilities, electrical work, roofing and siding, and testing services. Bids must be properly signed, sealed, and submitted in the required physical format; faxed and digital bids are not acceptable. Bid documents are available electronically through Procore, and access requires contacting the designated document representative. A nonmandatory pre-bid overview and project-site walkthrough were scheduled for the listed school and community-center projects.
