Description
Huron Valley Schools, in partnership with the CoPro+ cooperative purchasing program, is establishing a statewide pool of pre-qualified contractors to provide gym floor refinishing and repair services for participating school districts, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. The scope includes screening and refinishing, painting and refinishing, complete sanding and refinishing, game-line and logo painting, repairs and section replacements, subfloor inspection and repair, flooring installation, dust containment, protection of surrounding areas, and debris disposal. Contractors must identify the Michigan regions they serve and provide unit pricing by square foot plus hourly rates for additional line painting and labor. The procurement is intended to create a statewide cooperative contract for three years with two one-year renewal options. Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience within the past five years, provide at least three qualifying client references, submit detailed service and scheduling information, complete the pricing sheet, and complete the required bidder information, certifications, disclosures, and affidavits. The resulting contract is expected to support as-needed purchase orders from participating entities, with multiple vendors potentially selected.
