Description
The City of Niles is seeking a contractor to remove 99 dead, dying, or dangerous trees and 107 stumps. Proposal and contract forms, plans, and specifications are available for examination through the city’s Department of Public Works and may be obtained from the Public Works Director. Bidders must sign a certification agreeing to comply with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws and regulations. Each proposal must include a certified check or bidder’s bond for at least 5% of the proposal amount. Electronic proposals will not be accepted.
