OGDENSBURG RFP The City of Ogdensburg, New York is soliciting proposals from qualified planning consultants and consulting teams to prepare an amendment to the City's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) and an integrated update to its Harbor Management Plan (HMP), incorporating comprehensive land use, community facilities, and housing planning principles, with economic and community development as a central, secondary focus of the plan. Description
The City of Ogdensburg, New York, seeks qualified planning consultants or consulting teams to prepare an amendment to its Local Waterfront Revitalization Program and an integrated update to its Harbor Management Plan. The work will incorporate comprehensive land use, community facilities, and housing planning principles, with economic and community development as a central secondary focus. Addendum 1 states that some Waterfront Advisory Committee meetings may be virtual, public engagement may use a hybrid approach, the City will provide prior amendment materials and relevant GIS/background data, and the consultant should identify information needed from the City. The solicitation includes New York State MWBE and SDVOB participation requirements of 30% and 6%, respectively.
