Description
The Village of Bellport is conducting an exploratory Request for Interest regarding the future lease and operation of an approximately 20,000-square-foot, two-story facility at Bellport Golf Course. The facility includes restaurant and catering kitchens, multiple event rooms, a bar, hospitality spaces, a bridal suite, outdoor patio and garden areas, restrooms, elevator access, balcony space, and substantial parking. Existing and potential uses include seasonal or full-service restaurant operations, weddings, banquets, private events, catering, golf- and tennis-related food and beverage services, and other compatible hospitality concepts. Interested parties are asked to provide a brief description of their organization and relevant experience, proposed concept or use, anticipated space and operational needs, preliminary improvements or modifications, and initial questions or requirements that could inform a future leasing process. This is exploratory and is not a solicitation for bids or proposals; it does not obligate the Village to proceed with a lease or formal procurement.
