Description
Guilford County Schools is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Student Safety System. This system should encompass multiple features, including but not limited to Visitor Management, Visitor Security checks, Emergency Reunification, and Emergency Notification. Additionally, the system should support Emergency Planning and Drills, as well as Student/Staff Identification. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. EDT on July 7, 2026. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their bids to Letitia Hines, Purchasing Manager, at 714 Green Valley Rd., Greensboro, NC 27408, with RFP#6838 clearly marked on the package. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to participate.
