Description
This project involves multiple restroom renovations at 3820 N. Liberty Street. Contractors must be properly licensed as required by North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 87. A 5% Bid Bond is required at the time of bid, and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 10% MBE and WBE cumulatively. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org. The end of the question period is 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026.
