Description
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive, cloud-based legal research platform. The Office of University Counsel (OUC) requires a solution that supports federal, state, administrative, and other legal research, along with related tools such as litigation analytics, document drafting, resource toolkits, docket monitoring, legal news and alerts, and public records research. The selected vendor will provide subscription-based access to the platform and related services, including licensing, configuration, testing, implementation, training, customer support, and ongoing maintenance. The solution must be web-based, support single sign-on (SSO) authentication, and allow for saving, downloading, printing, and emailing documents. Security requirements include providing a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and third-party security certifications. The contract will have an initial term of three years with options for two additional one-year renewals.
