Description
The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) requires a qualified vendor to fabricate, deliver, and install architectural signs for the North Carolina Zoo, located in Asheboro, North Carolina. The contract term is set to begin on the Effective Date and end on August 31, 2026, with the State reserving the right to extend the contract after the last active term. The scope of work includes fabricating and delivering seven architectural signs, with some requiring installation by the Zoo. Specific items include a double-sided Location Map Carrier, a Komodo Silhouette to replace an existing seal on an entrance sign, five Traffic Control Signs, six Ceiling Wedge Signs, three Desert Rail Mounts, one Giraffe Deck Sign, and one Gorilla Information Sign. Detailed specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, and mounting details, are provided for each sign, with some designs and final colors to be determined. Vendors must be registered with the North Carolina eVP (Electronic Vendor Portal) and comply with all North Carolina General Terms and Conditions. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Ariba Network by June 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets the specifications.
