Description
The Town of Stokesdale is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional maintenance and asset management services for the Town's 300,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Services include annual visual inspections, confined-space inspections, interior washouts, biofilm removal, coating evaluations, repainting, emergency repairs, engineering evaluations, cathodic protection evaluation, preventative maintenance planning, drone inspections, asset lifecycle planning, and recommendations regarding colocation of cellular towers. The tank is a Torus Bottom Elevated Tank manufactured by Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors, Inc., constructed in 2002, located at 8025 US Highway 158, Stokesdale, NC. The Town anticipates a long-term relationship of up to 10 years, structured as annual contracts or renewals subject to council approval and funding.
