Description
GoTriangle is seeking proposals for vehicle washing and detailing services. The scope of services includes exterior cleaning (washing, rim and wheel cleaning, tire shining), interior cleaning (sweeping, debris removal, seat wiping, driver compartment detailing, window cleaning), and sanitization of high-touch surfaces. Services are to be provided on a bi-weekly basis for approximately 25 paratransit vehicles and 25 staff/support vehicles, scheduled on weekends to minimize disruption. On-call service for 40ft buses may also be required. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, cleaning materials, and water. Cleaning products must be safe for vehicle surfaces and environmentally compliant. The contractor must also maintain a comprehensive Safety and Security Program and comply with all applicable regulations. Personnel working on GoTriangle premises will require background checks and must wear appropriate PPE. The resulting contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option for GoTriangle to extend for one additional one-year period, for a total maximum term of two years.
