The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to award a sole source purchase order for an UltraSlim HD Nasolaryngoscope from Pentax Medical. This equipment is specifically for Radiation Oncology operations at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham, NC. The justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may provide written notice. Responses received by 10:00 am EST on June 19, 2026, will be considered by the Government.
