Smithco Construction, Inc., construction manager at risk for El Paso Water, seeks Statements of Qualifications from subcontractors and suppliers for five work packages under the Northeast Water and Wastewater Utility Improvements Program, to be delivered under GMP 2 and GMP 3. The packages cover storage tanks and pump stations, water transmission mains, and a force main. Anticipated trades include prestressed concrete tanks, pump station structural and mechanical work, electrical and instrumentation, large-diameter pipeline installation, trenchless crossings and casings, earthwork and site work, paving and restoration, and pipe, valve, and material supply. Qualified firms may later be invited to submit pricing as individual work packages become available. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses are encouraged to participate.
