Description
The City is soliciting proposals for a job order contracting program covering facilities construction work issued through individual task order assignments. Contractors will propose coefficients for pre-priced work in the Unit Price Book during standard and non-standard working hours, as well as for non-pre-priced items. Multiple offerors may be awarded contracts. The proposal must include detailed calculations supporting the proposed coefficients; proposals without them will be deemed nonresponsive. The solicitation package includes required forms and certifications, including the coefficient form, solicitation forms, Form 1295, W-9, and applicable FAA and FTA construction provisions. The contract documents also address prevailing wages, subcontractor and supplier identification, and federal construction requirements. The paper-only signature page requires an original signature; the solicitation also provides an online response process through the procurement portal.
