El Paso Water seeks statements of qualifications from firms to provide on-call professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for water, wastewater, reclaimed water, stormwater, and administrative facilities. Work may include technical memoranda and studies, preliminary engineering estimates and life-cycle cost analyses, schematic design, design development, construction estimates and documents, and construction administration and inspection. Potential systems include HVAC, pumps, power generation and distribution, lighting, fire alarms and security, communications, low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, domestic water and sewage, instrumentation and controls, and corrosion control. The contract term is three years from award, with multiple task orders and a $1.5 million maximum total task-order amount. EP Water may select multiple consultants. The SOQ must use the provided Exhibit A template and include a firm profile, qualifications, team information, and project experience. Two project reference forms must be completed by prior clients and submitted directly to EP Water by the references before the SOQ deadline. The SOQ is evaluated on firm profile, minimum qualifications, proposed team, and past project experience.
